5 Step Lawn Care Program
The first step of our lawn program takes place in March with a granular pre-emergent crabgrass application including a low dose of nitrogen. The second is another around of granular crabgrass prevention in the month of May, again with a dose of nitrogen. Our goal is to give your lawn the key nutrients and elements to make it full, green and beautiful, without causing the necessity to be continually mowing. The third step is a granular grub control applied to your lawn in July. The fourth step takes place in September; this is a round of granular fertilizer. The fifth and final step is broadleaf control applied in October. Estimates are sent out early February. Billing is done at month of end of each application.
Planting
We plant annuals, perennials, shrubs, & trees, large and small. Our goal is to install plants that are complimentary to your home, cohesive with our northeast climate, and have a variety of plants that provide color and substance with the changing seasons.

Water Features: Ponds & Pondless Waterfalls

Mulching
Applying fresh mulch provides a barrier for weeds and helps to maintain ground moisture for plants & shrubs.

Other Services
Aerate & Overseeding
Aerating your lawn can be very beneficial to allow more oxygen, water and nutrients into the soil while alleviating topsoil pore compaction. This leads to new, deeper grass roots being established. Overseeding is a great way to create a thicker and denser lawn. We recommend aeration & overseeding in the fall to help your lawn recover from any summer stress, including drought and high foot traffic and usage of the lawn. Although spring is an acceptable time to overseed, there is weed competition, particularly with crabgrass.
Lawn Seeding
Get your new lawn off to a great start. Rocks are removed from the topsoil, fertilized and a special grass blend/mixture will be planted. You can also choose to have your new lawn topped with straw or hydro mulch. This provides protection and moisture for the new seed.
Landscape Lighting
This feature provides the finishing touch on any landscape project, accenting walls or walkways.
Shrub Trimming
Trimming your shrubs on a yearly basis is a great way to maintain shape and appropriate size while as well as extend the life of the plant.
